For this treatment, Dr. Horn will target the excess fat and skin in your abdominal area. He will make an incision at your bikini line and tighten the weakened abdominal muscles underneath. Then he will remove any excess skin and close the incision with sutures, resulting in a tighter, flatter belly. Dr. Horn can perform a full tummy tuck if the whole abdomen needs correction, or he can perform a mini tuck, which addresses only the area below the navel.

Liposuction

Dr. Horn will make incisions in areas with excess fat tissue. He will then insert a thin, hollow tube called a cannula through the incision to break up the fat deposits. Dr. Horn offers both traditional and ultrasound-assisted liposuction for his patients. Once the fat deposits are loosened, he will vacuum the fat out of the body. Fat harvested during liposuction can often be included in other procedures such as a butt lift, or combined with butt implants for a curvier figure.

Breast Surgery

Women who experience sagging breasts due to breastfeeding can elect to have surgery to correct the issue. Dr. Horn can perform a breast lift, breast augmentation, or both to restore a fuller, shapelier bust. For a breast augmentation, he will insert silicone implants, altering your breast size, shape, and volume. He can also perform a breast lift, during which he will remove excess skin from your breasts and tighten the tissue around them.
