Dr. Gary F. Horn trained in main hospitals of Paris (France), including Hospital Saint Louis and Hôpital Saint-Antoine where he was chief resident and then assistant des Hopitaux de Paris. He specialized in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery and became consultant plastic surgeon in 2002. He decided to dedicate himself to the private sector, and opened a private practice in Paris and in London. In 2003, he registered with the General Medical council (UK) and since then, is on the special registrar as a plastic surgeon.
Dr. Horn has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of cosmetic surgery. In 2003, he designed the first pectoral implant, which is now used worldwide.
He wrote the first professional articles about his experience in pectoral augmentation and buttock augmentation, published in the official magazine of the French Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery (Sofcep) He attended to many international meetings of plastic surgery, where he made numerous presentations, especially about his 15 years experience in buttock augmentation (gluteoplasty), and performed live surgery in Sao Paolo(Brazil), Heidelberg (Germany), Barcelona (Spain) and Beirut (Lebanon) on gluteoplasty and pectoral augmentation procedures. Dr. Horn gave instructional courses on buttock, calf and pectoral augmentations in New York (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery meeting).
His operations have also been filmed for the english BBC (Plastic Fantastic) programs.
Dr. Horn is recognized as one of the top european surgeons for breast and buttock augmentation procedures.
